The outlay of the toilet and the bed

My hotel room no a/c I believe they are no proper maintain ...also for restaurant for breakfast they is no control over and allowed customer bring out from the restaurant so what other customer I thing this no right.

Bedsheet dirty got black dot dot

Clerk started off with not being able to find my booking. I brought a child, 3 person stated in booking. An extra towel is chargeable. Breakfast for 3rd person also chargeable, not to mention breakfast quality is pretty bad. Soap in dispenser has already run out. Stains on bedsheet. Refuse along corridor has not been cleared for days.

Chargeable towel, chargeable breakfast. Stained sheets, bad facilities maintenance.

I like that the hotel is near restaurants and establishments.

Staff is not attentive and accommodating. The room price is expensive for its value and quality.

Hotel was old. When check into room, the floor was still wet from the mopping. There is strong smell of cigarette smoke in room. I think the hotel is overpriced. Breakfast start late 7am. Could not take the breakfast in time for the morning flight.

Room is spacious. The washroom is also big with good water pressure.

However, the linen looks worn out and is no more white in color (a little yellowish and maybe needs new replacement). The room price is quite high with no breakfast included.Hard to find a halal restaurant nearby the hotel.

Housekeeping didn’t done well, didn’t provide hair shampoo and toothbrush is open before we check in ,bathroom facilities is not functioning

The staff refuse to issue a receipt even though I made the payment at the counter. She told me to get it from booking.com. How could I get the receipt from booking.com if I already made the payment at the counter? Please improve this. This is important for a working traveler like me.
